Why "Do Not Push"?

It was initially seeing dump trucks with "Do Not Push" written on their tailgates that inspired me to create this domain. You can read a good explanation for that here.

I came to associate "Do Not Push" with the big red buttons that one might find in data centers: tempting yet forbidden.

About Me

I grew up in the suburbs of New York City, went to school in California, and since then have lived in Atlanta for most of my life. Other places I have lived are Seattle, Washington DC, and southwest New Hampshire.

I have always been interested in technology and began programming when I was still in elementary school. I am more of a "do more with less" sort of person rather than someone who is always focused on the cutting edge.
